Jeepers Creepers 2[]

Dwayne Barnes was the assistant coach of the Bannon Bantoms. After the team won the state championship, he was accompanying them on their bus ride home. When the bus blew a tire, he pulled a shuriken out of it, thrown by the Creeper. While he was pondering whether it was ivory or bone, he was told to throw it away before he needed a tetanus shot.

The Creeper blew out another tire and the coaches discovered another shuriken. Realizing danger, Betty Borman, the bus driver told him to get the kids back on the bus. While they were discussing it, Coach Charlie Hanna was abducted by the Creeper.

Barnes ordered Scott Braddock, a player who resented him, to get all of the players back on the bus. After they had, Betty was abducted by the Creeper. Scared, Barnes went inside and demanded to know what the players saw. Jake Spencer, shocked, told him that Betty "flew" away. He got into an argument with Scotty before the Creeper abducted him.

Trivia[]

  • The actor, Tom Tarantini, appeared in the first film, but in a different role as Austin McCoy AKA Roach, a car thief who is being checked into the Poho County police station. Making him one of 5 actors to appear in more than one film in the franchise.
  • He was the last of the adult characters to be abducted and killed by the Creeper before the Creeper shows himself and picks out the students. This was likely done to make the students leaderless and distracted with terror to be unable to defend themselves.
