Izzy Bohen was a major character in the movie Jeepers Creepers 2. He was one of the teenagers who attended Bannon High and wrote for the school newspaper. He was present on the bus for the school's basketball team the Bannon Bantams to write about the championship game when the Creeper decided to terrorize it. Izzy was distinguished by scars on his face. His school mates assumed that he got them by getting into a fight while trying to sneak into a gay bar. Izzy never confirms if he is gay or straight, but he was one of the most levelheaded and caring of all of the boys on the bus. He was wounded after crashing a truck to kill the Creeper, but his actions only wounded the Creeper. However, the Creeper was injured enough that it was unable to feed to heal itself before entering its hibernation.
Jeepers Creepers 2[]
Izzy was one of the teenagers on the bus with the Bannon Bantams, which was attacked by the Creeper. When a tire blew out the first time, everyone got off the bus. Izzy was peeing beside Andy Buck when Jake Spencer approached them, lowered his pants all the way down in front of Izzy. He then boasts to Izzy of his highlighted plays to write about. He then asked Izzy why he always gave Dante Belasco attention in his journalistic articles. He accused Izzy of being attracted to Dante, to which Izzy jokingly told Jake he thought it was him who had the crush. Jake told Izzy "Live and let love," indicating that he didn't care if Izzy was gay. Jake peed on Andy Buck, who got angry, told him off and left. Once Andy was gone, Jake told Izzy that there was a rumor that his scars on his face were acquired in a bar fight at a gay bar. He then asked Izzy if he knew what people called him. Izzy did not and Jake told him they call him "Izzy." Izzy confirmed that was his name. Jake then added "or isn't he." Jake then pulled his pants up and walked away. After over an hour of waiting for help, the adults decide the bus can limp them home.
However, later that night, the second tire is blown out, disabling the bus completely. Izzy was present as the 2 coaches and bus driver were abducted by the Creeper one-by-one, making the students leaderless. While the students were left alone for about an hour, Izzy was one of the students who worked to find a way to fight it and found javelins on the bus. He was immediately insulted by Scott Braddock, who made several gay slurs at Izzy's expense. When Izzy called Scotty stupid, Scotty grabbed him by the next and thrusted him against the wall of the bus. Deaundre "Double D" Davis grabbed Scotty and told him to let Izzy go. Those two had some words but was interrupted when the Creeper was spotted outside the bus by Minxie Hayes, who hides in terror. Like everyone else, Izzy hides within the bus seat. He was hiding with Bucky and watches as the Creeper sniffs about and witnesses as the Creeper picks out his classmates. Izzy was not one of the Creeper's selected bunch. When Minxie fainted and had a vision of Darry Jenner warning her about the Creeper. When she woke up, she told everyone the nature of the Creeper.
When the Creeper came back, he punched a hole in the bus and tried to grab Bucky and pull him out of the bus. Izzy was one of the students who tried to rescue him. However, it was Rhonda Truitt who shoved a javelin through the Creepers' head. After pulling it out the Creeper flew high in the air, and he crashed on the bus, breaking the windows and passed out. This had the students believe whether the Creeper is dead or not, this is their opportunity to escape. The Creeper's wing fell through a hole in the roof of the bus. The students in the back of the bus tried to move past it, but the Creeper grabbed Dante, who dismissively plays the wings as he was moving forward. Izzy and Double D were tried to rescue Dante. Unfortunately, however, Dante's head is ripped off and Izzy and D were the two closest to watch in horror as Dante's headless body flails around for a few moments before falling to the floor.
Scotty then tried to get the students that the Creeper picked out to get off the bus, conveniently leaving himself off that list. Double D grabbed him and threw him against the bus wall finally telling him off, including challenging Scotty to stay on the bus by himself with the big hole on the roof the Creeper left behind and knowing that Scotty is also on the Creeper's list and that D will be the one to get away when the Creeper comes for Scotty. Izzy, while initially trying to hold D back from attacking Scotty, was also on D's side and decided to get off the bus with everyone. However, when they did, Izzy spots and points out to everyone that the Creeper is watching over them in the sky, making everyone run back to the bus. However, Jonny Young, was the only student to stay on the bus with the doors closed and wouldn't let them in.
Izzy sees the Creeper beginning to swoop in and yells for everyone to run. Izzy is forced to run with the rest and witnesses as Jake gets impaled by the Creeper's shuriken and took a dagger to pin Scotty by the arm to a tree. Despite their differences, both Izzy and Rhonda tried to help rescue Scotty. Izzy struggled to remove the dagger as it was welded tight to the tree. Double D witnessing this and horrified after the last words exchanged between him and Scotty, runs to help save Scotty. The three of them try to hold Scotty still as they try to pull the dagger out. Scotty sees the Creeper coming for him and yells out apologizing to D and begging him to save him. However, by the time D was able to free Scotty, the Creeper grabbed him, blowing D, Izzy and Rhonda back, and flew off into the night. Rhonda screams out to Scotty while being held back and consoled by D and Izzy.
Izzy then found a truck as their means of escape and invited Rhonda and Double D to come with him. Initially Rhonda and D continue to sit and mope in the open field believing it does not matter and they are doomed. Izzy tries to assure them despite what Minxie said, the rest could have gotten away and got help, including D's best friend Kimball. He then gets angry and declares no one gets to say they die, especially not Minxie's dream. They get up to join Izzy, who told them that he got his scars because he got into a bar fight while hot wiring a car. Double D immediately asked if it was a gay bar, but Izzy did not answer then realizes the keys were still in it.
They notice the Creeper is above them and quickly jump in. Izzy is driving while Rhonda is in the cab with him and Double D in the bed. The Creeper comes in hot pursuit of them and catching up fast as they driving down the road. Double D is panicking and yelling for Izzy to go faster. The Creeper is still able to catch up despite Izzy having the gas floored and likely moving a good 100 mph. Izzy, realizing he cannot outrun the Creeper, turned and drove fast through a field. He threw Rhonda out of the cab and then slammed on the brakes hard. The Creeper flew through the back window of the truck and the windshield. The truck flipped over causing D to fly out the bed and injuring him, the Creeper and Izzy. Izzy's condition was never mentioned or shown but he somehow survived the truck crash as he crawled from the wreckage before it explodes but was not seen with the Taggarts and the remaining group as the Creeper begins to hibernate.

- Izzy is somewhat related to the Jeepers Creepers series creator, Victor Salva, as both were connected in homosexuality in teenage years.
- Izzy might be a Gary Stu character, as he is inserted in the film and harms the Creeper most severely by sending it through the window of a truck.
- Both Izzy and Rhonda appear to have survived but did not show them with the other survivors in the film.
