He is actually Victor Salva who appears in Jeepers Creepers part 1 but he is the background and is hard to spot. He is actually thought to have a full time part in his own future movie Jeepers Creepers 3, check out the Jeepers Creepers 3: Cathedral but its just a rumor. Anyway in part 1 in a deleted scene he warns Darry Jenner and Trish Jenner about the Creeper but he just decided that he would let Jezelle Gay Hartman do it instead for the movie. Anyway it is unknown if he will be in part 3 but if he does appear it is scripted that he will survive but have a short appearance just like Binky Blutsker (A character in part 1)
